1. What is a ItzDish Card?
   This card is specially made for our dish tv consumers.
2. How can I use this card and for what all it can be used?
   This card can be used like normal ItzCash card and can be used only for dishtv subscription.
   
3. What are the denominations of ItzCash available in the market?
   Currently ItzCash is available in Rs.100, Rs. 150, Rs.250, Rs. 300, Rs. 500, Rs. 600, Rs. 900, Rs. 1000 & Rs.7500 denominations.
   
4. What is the validity?
   Valid for cards of all denominations is 12 months from the usage or 24 months from date of Manufacture, which ever is earlier.
   
5. How do I buy this card?
   If you are a Retailer please get in touch with your Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Distributor for the card.

Dear ItzCash Card user; its always been our endeavour to offer you an efficient and user friendly experience. To make the Balance Transfer service convenient for all we have decided to place certain limits per Card on the total allowable cumulative value with immediate effect. Consequently Balance Transfer shall be disallowed in the following cases.

If your current balance on any active card is Rs 1 lakh you will not be allowed to add value into this card by balance transfer. But you can use the card up to its expiry.

If any of your active cards have already recorded transaction accumulating to more than Rs 1 lakh, on such cards also balance transfer shall not be allowed. These cards can also be used up to their expiry.
